Screen and interaction analytics

After the required consent, Song Ribbon sends event names, occurrence times, screens, interaction flows, delivery modes, anonymous user and session IDs, environment, and a limited allowlist of interaction details to the Song Ribbon Server to understand feature use and improve service quality. Analytics events do not include mood text, search terms, song or artist names, external-service response content, credentials, advertising IDs, or tap coordinates. They are not used for advertising or advertising-related tracking. Analytics events are retained for up to 90 days and are deleted when the associated anonymous account is deleted. Failures to send or store analytics do not interrupt core features such as recommendations or playback.
